Hello, we have a new problem with printing on epson colorworks c3500 in Parallels. We can see the printer in MacOS, we can also update the firmware (screenshot in the attachment), but neither the manufacturer's installation data nor Windows can see the printer. I followed the advice you have on the website, but it didn't help. We have macOS 13 and Parallels 18 with Win 11.
