Problem with Trial Key .

Hi,

My name is José and im from Portugal.
Yesterday i update my Parallels 6 to 9, and before by the parallels i want to try in my mac if works well. I download the trial just to try 14 days free. After instal i can't get the trial key. The problem is always the same. Conection failure, contact parallels support.

Please help me with this.

Hi Jose,

Upgrade to Parallels Desktop 9 is possible only from version 7 and version 8.

If you have Parallels Desktop 6 or older version, you have to purchase the full version of Parallels Desktop 9.

To get the trial version of Parallels Desktop 9, please follow the steps as suggested at: http://kb.parallels.com/116845
