PROBLEMA CON RETELLA MOUSE USB

Good day, unfortunately since I upgraded to MacOS Sierra and Parallels 12 scrolling via mouse wheel does not work as before.
Specifically does not seem to answer every single click wheel but only large displacements which is unmanageable in the case of small scroll for example in applications such as word or excel without talking about when you need to zoom in to autocad.
It's possible to fix this bug?

Hey, did you try to reinstall Parallels Tools?
 
Hello and thanks for your answer, I just tried the new install parallels tools but unfortunately nothing has changed. The mouse wheel still does not work, if done slowly turn, one click at a time, practically does not produce movements.
If I can run faster then it works but it becomes unmanageable.

thank you for the reply. And as a probable solution please try to set the mouse settings to "Don't optimize for games"
 
Hello, the setting was already set as you suggested.
I tried to also set optimized for games but does not solve the problem.
 
Hello, this morning I updated to Mac os version 10.12.2 and everything is magically back to normal.
