Hi All
Ive been using Parallels for a number of years with no problems until today. I carried out the latest upgrade and then found that every time Woindows 7 tried to open I go the following message: "The virtual machine processor was reset by the operating system" and then Windows kept crashing and restarting in a loop.
Eventually I started it in safe mode and carried out the resolution and alternative 2 solution in article Article ID: 123831 that I found.
It now seems to work but I am asking, does anyone know why this happens? is irt a problem? will Parallels sort it out soon?
It is a big problem for me as I have over £5K worth of structural engineering programs on my Mac and cannot work without them (I also don't want a windows PC)
What is the reason for the problem please?
