Trying to install JAWS 11 onto Parallels 5 running XP Pro XP3. Installer asks me to reboot, upon doing so it never makes it back to windows, just hangs during the boot immediately after the loading screen. The only way to get back into windows is to rollback to a restore point before the installation.
I believe it may have to do with the Video Intercept issue (briefly discussed in this article and further in the comments: http://webaim.org/blog/screenreaders_on_mac/ ). I downloaded just the video intercept installer separately from the JAWS installer and it caused the same problems.
Wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and how they got around it.
