Problems installing latest update

Hi

I have parallels access load don my late 2013 iMac, works perfectly well, but I keep getting a new update notification.

When i click on update and install, the system goes through the motions, download, ask for password etc, but does not install the update at all.

Any ideas would be useful please.

Hi,

Re-installing the application should resolve the issue.
Please uninstall Parallels Access application from Mac/pc : http://kb.parallels.com/117142
And download again from your Parallels account (as the latest build will be downloaded) and install it. ( http://kb.parallels.com/116770 )
