Problems Updating to lastest build from build 1970

Does anybody else have the same problem as me???

My current version (build 1970) recons its still the most up to date copy of Parallels and subsequently won't download the lastest version!!

Before you ask ...my version is fully active and im not running on a trial key...

Thanks in advance for help.....
