Problems Updating

I had an old boxed copy of Parallels 3.0 laying around that I installed on my new MBP months ago. It didn't work right and it auto-installed 4.0 on an update once which wouldn't work since I didn't have a key for 4.0. Today I bought 4.0 from my local Mac store. I was going to install it but it was already installed so I just used my new key to register it.

Now when I go to update it to the latest build it says, "Your registration information does not allow you to receive updates".

I'm not sure what to do here...
 
Thanks... They had me log into the support site and register my 3.0 and 4.0 keys. Once that was done it let me download the updates.
