Problems with Acronis booting from CD or cd image.

I have a problem with booting Acronis True Image from CD and from a cd image. It starts to boot and then an error pops up stating that it can't load the linux kernel.

I used this CD and cd image in a VMWare Workstation VM and it works perfectly fine.

I am using Parallels Desktop for MAC build 1896.2. I am trying to to a V2V migration from VMware Workstation to Parallels. I have the Acronis .tib image files already to go, I need some input on possible problems that could cause Acronis not to load in a Paralles VM.
