Problems with e-mail

Hi guys,
I have some problems with setting email accounts.
When I send email through a form in my website doesn't appear the name of my domain (e.g. info@mydomain.com) but something like this: anonymous@ipnumber.net.
Do you know how to change this settings in order to send mal correctly?
