Problems with error screens - Please Help!

Upon starting up the virtual machine I have been getting some error screen and don't know what it mean.

I am using windows installed in the VM, not paralells pointing to boot camp.

Here is the error screen I get:

Times out waiting for the file system to initialize.
The volume has been ejected. You can use the
init_timeout mount option to wait longer

Any suggestion?
