Problems with IE in Parallels Desktop 5.0

Bit poster
My system is a new iMac with quad core; 12Gb RAM; OS X 10.6 and I use Parallels 5.0 as virtualization machine and windows 7 ultimate as guest OS.
1) When I launch Internet Explorer I immediately receive the error message that Internet Explorer has stopped working.
2) I am not aware to launch windows update, the system says that the service is not launched, when I launch the service manually and relaunch windows update, the service stops again.
3) when trying to find a solution I get the error message saying that the nativ host for script diagnostics has stopped working. (the messages are translated in english because I have a french version of Windows)
All other programs are working without any problem, I even tried to install Safari, no problem with the internet.
I already tried to uninstall and reinstall windows and Parallels, nothing helped to resolve the problems.
Is there perhaps anybody who could help me.
Thanks in advance

First, I would like to thank you for your reply, but at the site indicated to me I can only find built 9220 dated november 3, 2009. On the other hand I would like to mention that after trying to update Parallels Desktop, I always get the info that the software is up to date.

Hm. What is the localization of Parallels Desktop installed, French or English?

When will the build 9310 for the german version be published? It is impossible to work with the previous version! I'm really disappointed about the quality of the support by Parallels, a person who buys a software makes the investment in order to use it and not to wait during month to get a working solution. Publicity for Parallels is good but reality is poor!

Hi Patrick ASSA,
we cannot provide you with exact release date. Can you please point me to support ticket number you refer to? How did you contact support? There are no support tickets from you in our system with the email registered on forum.

If I speak from support, I mean that Parallels knows that the problem is located in the actual build, resolves it for the english version and all other clients have to live with the problem for weeks; or even months perhaps until they can use their software paid at the same price as the english speaking customers!
