Hello, we are currently having the problem that, despite folder sharing, the folders are not displayed in the terminal server. If the folders are there, we will try to upload files. This opens Windows Explorer.
We use RAS 19.3.1, the client 19.3.2 and locally Apple MACs with the latest software and M processors.
Does anyone know the problem and could help?

    1. Were any folders selected for redirection? If yes, they should show up if you navigate to "\\tsclient" on a server-side explorer window.
    2. Did this work in a previous release of the RAS Client for macOS or in a previous macOS version? If yes, which?
    3. What macOS is currently being used locally, macOS 14.3.1 or some other version?
    4. Do you know if the issue happens when connecting to the same RDSH with the same username but using the Parallels Client for Windows? If yes, it could be a GPO applied on the RDSH or the user.
    5. Are there any RAS Policies applied for the user? On the Parallels Client for Windows, the policy version, if any, should be visible when editing that "connection settings" for that connection.
