Problems with screen or area recording / permissions

    Despite having granted all permissions, the same message keeps appearing. I made a video that you can view here.

    To attempt a resolution of this issue, please :

    1. Uninstall Parallels Toolbox.
    2. Reboot your Mac.
    3. Download and install Parallels Toolbox using the following link:
    4. Attempt to reproduce the issue.

    If it persists, please collect a Technical report for our investigation.
    To do this, reproduce the issue and collect a technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Settings (Gear) icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
