I've remapped the Command key to the ALT key in Windows since I use that key a lot. However, task switching via ALT-F4 doesn't work since OS X intercepts that keystroke. A couple of suggestions:
1) When you get full screen mode working, can you please intercept that keystroke so that it maps to ALT-F4 in Windows correctly?
2) Modify your keyboard driver to distinguish between the left and right Command keys (is this even possible on the Mac?) Then I can remap appropriately.
3) Modify your keyboard driver to distinguish between hitting caps lock (I've remapped that to CTRL) and the CTRL key on the Mac keyboard. I can remap in Windows using SharpKeys.
Stability of B3 is excellent for me. I use it now as a full-time dev environment.
