I'm trying out transporter for the first time (transferring a copy of XP from a laptop to my mac) and I had an idea about how to improve the UI a little bit. During migration, you should add a progress meter to the dock icon to make it easy to see how far along the migration is without bringing Transporter to the front. I know Toast and a few other apps do this, and it's really nice. Hopefully you can do something similar.
