Published Application and Video playback...

I am currently running an application that has a couple of demo videos that our students are going to have to watch. I have setup the main app on the server and when i use default RDP Full desktop, I can run the appplication and video perfect. When I publish the application through Published Applications the program launches but there is no video playback. Here are some other things to keep in mind:

1. The main program calls another executable and possibly more that just 1 more executable.
2. I cannot find a way to add a published app without it creating a desktop icon (thought it might be permission based issue)

Any ideas?
 
Can you please specify wich version (& build )you are using, both for the client and server.

server is v.4 release r2379
client is v.4 release r2485

please let me know.

Can you download the latest windows client and give it a test using the same username and applicataion.

Started to download new client and realized it is the same version as i posted last week...

What I ment is to down load & test the windows client that runs an 98/2000/xp etc..

You can always install the client on the server ;)

I suggest you give a good look at the parameters and endowment of the published application, since you stated that the application is being launched, so most probable it is some mis-configuration
