Question about adding bootcamp now with latest parallels

Hello all, I've been using parallels for a while now and I really like it but I just saw the update that you can essentially have windows installed on bootcamp and then run that same partition on parallels. This sounds absolutely wonderful, although I have read on the thread that there seem to be some kinks to be worked out still. Either way, I'm sure it will be running 100% sometime soon so I was wondering what the best way to go about transforming my Windows XP parallels partition I have and turn it into a bootcamp partition. Would I have to uninstall the Parallels partition completely, install bootcamp, then install windows on bootcamp, and then reinstall parallels??? This would work I assume but is there an easier way?

Transform the Windows XP under Parallels and turn it into running under Boot Camp? I don't think that is possible even at this time.

You will have to download and run the Boot Camp Assistant, partition the hard disk, and install Windows XP again. However, if you are using the same copy of Windows which you used under Parallels, you will have a problem of activating Windows under Boot Camp. In such a case you will have to ask Microsoft to grant you another activation, and it may not be granted.

There is no need for you to uninstall Parallels.

ok so if i do it this way would i then uninstall the windows xp under parallels partition and be able to use the bootcamp partition under parallels?
