I've been wanting to re installing Parallels to clear up some problems I have been encountering so I wanted to know before I make a back up of my Virtual System if I could just delete a folder found inside the Vista.pvm contents called Microsoft Vista (backup) I believe this was created at the time I upgraded to to PD4. Also inside the back up folder there are more folder names backups, are these supposed to be there or was this caused by an error. Can I just delete these ? thanks for the help you can provide

    Hello Trimegistro,

The Microsoft Vista (backup) folder will be created when you upgrade Parallels to version 4.

This contains all the files required in case you decide to revert back to older version.

Also you can move the file to trash and check whether you can run Parallels perfectly. If it runs then you can delete the folder completely.

Let me know if you have any other concerns.

    Thank you.
