Question with Transporter

If I have a PC and use transporter to get Windows on my Mac, is transporter like a moving process that will erase the OS on my PC or will it only copy it to my Mac? I need my PC still but I don't want to go out and buy an install disc when I already have Windows.
 
When I used Transporter in 2.5 I'm pretty sure that it mirrored the install on the Mac, but left the PC Windows install intact.
