Quickbooks Pro 2007 crashes

just today my QB Pro 2007 unexpectedly quits as does parallels. I have moved memory up from 512 to 1272 within parallels thinking i was just running out of memory. The problem still persists. I checked the QB database integrity, its fine.. I do not know why parallels is shutting down.

windows xp
mac os 10 tiger
mac pro 2 gig ram
