Quickbooks won't download Tax Tables

Anyone using Quickbooks on Windows 7 platform on Parallels?? Application installs and registers no probs, but cannot download the updated tax tables. When you call Quickbooks they disown you saying the only solution is the Cloud version for Mac...

Any experiences leading to a solution???

Were you able to find a solution to this? I just installed Parallels/ WinXP/ Quickbooks Pro 2012 and all seems fine except for the payroll section. QB will not download the payroll updates (tax tables). I get an error 15243 "The Quickbooks FCS Service is damaged". Any suggestions you have would be appreciated.
 
Same problem, but slightly worse.
I was able to install, register and restore a backup, but QuickBooks fails to update.
The only thing I was able to find was a short statement saying, "QuickBooks hasn't been tested or proven to work in "VM", or Virtual Network environments.
(Parallels functions in a 'virtual networked' environment.)
But I couldn't find anything that said QuickBooks 'wouldn't work' with Parallels.
The most common search result I received had something to do with buying "QuickBooks for Mac". But "QuickBooks for Mac" has limited capabilities, to say the least.
