Quicken 2005

Every time that I try to install quicken 2005 in Parallels, the software indicates that it was interrupted and does not install. I'm I doing something wrong or is there a work around for this?:(
 
I can only say that 2006 runs fine.

Also be sure to install both the SW and the data on the virtual hard drive...not a shared drive. You can back up to the shared drive, but quicken balks at putting data on a network drive.
 
I installed Quicken 2005 on XP SP2 with no problems. This was back on version 2.5 though. Haven't had to reinstall it yet since upgrading to 3.
