Quicken 2006 won't start

Hi all...just installed Quicken 2006 on Parallels/XP and when I try to open it, the Quicken splash screen pops up for a second and then disappears. The program never opens...

Can't figure this one out -- it worked fine in Virtual PC/XP. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is this a setting issue?

Do I need to try Boot Camp?

Quicken Wont Start

I have a client with the same issue. Quicken splash screen starts then goes away. Program never launches. We uninstalled and reinstalled the software, still ot working. Any suggestions. Client is screaming with all her parallels issues.

As it turned out for me, unintstall wasn't removing all the files I needed it to so when I deleted all the quicken files myself, then reinstalled, it worked. Turned out not to be a Parallels issue IMO.
