Quote and quick reply missing

I started this thread http://forum.parallels.com/thread13263.html but now the quote and quick reply buttons are missing. I also notice that the thread is an archive. I came back to finish this positive discussion but now i can't respond. What happend here??

They've reorganized the forums to provide a better experience for the customers, users, and visitors. Part of that was the archiving of older and largely useless posts that discuss early beta, RC, and released versions and builds. They also created a knowledge base to help us all work through problems even when they're swamped with support requests.

You can restart the topic in one of the new forums, probably General Questions.
