Random disconnects in Parallels 4/10.6.2

A client of mine uses Parallels with an XP SP3 virtual machine at work. He has been getting random network interruptions within the VM and I can't figure out why. Outlook loses connection with the Exchange server, his remote database application boots him out of the system, etc. And then it comes back. Has anyone seen this happen? It is an unacceptable fault for him and he is questioning using a VM at all.

I can have him gather information so I can post specifics.

He is using a MacBook Pro, 10.6.2 and the latest patch of Parallels 4. Parallels is using Shared Networking, the MBPro is using Airport, but the disconnects happen with wired networking too.
 
Could you please ask client to send a Problem Report: it is menu of Parallels Desktop "Help" -> "Report a Problem" and post here its number?

As a solution, please try Bridged Networking..

Although we don't have reproduction of this problem, but there are some places in code that may act this way.

We believe, that no any trace of this problem should be present in the Parallels Desktop 5.0. If exact reason of failure will be found, the fix for this will be ported to the version 4.0
