RC2 activation key is expiring; will not accept purchased key

My RC2 trial activation key is expiring in two days. It will not accept the purchased key; it will not accept a new trial activation key. I can find no information on the website to address my problem. Any kind soul here who can advise me?

Download the GA version that came out today and then use your purchased key.
