Re-install of OS X and Parallels/WinXP

I need to re-install my OS X installation. What files to I need to backup to ensure that I can successfully run Win XP without having to install is all over again after I'm done re-installing OS X? How do I go about re-installing Parallels and my Win XP install after I've re-installed OS X? Thanks!

Just save your Parallels folder in you Home/Library folder.

After you're done re-installing your OSX, just put that folder to where it was and re-install Parallels.
