Dear, everybody. I'm in trouble with activation of Parallels. I bought the iMac 2019 in July. But, I've returned iMac 2019 to buy a new iMac 2020. Well, I surely activated Paralles in iMac 2019 for while. And I returned it back Apple after a few day. Before a few day ago, iMac 2020 has been arrived and I've saw the the activation failure message after Parallels installation. Who can drop the activation history of the iMac 2019? Do I have supports of this case? Someone helps me, plz.
