Being a new user to Parallels, I think I've accidentally deleted the desktop icon for Windows 10. I have Windows 10 and CentOS Linux loaded on my Mac Mini and I recall there were two, nearly identical icons (one for each OS). See attached for CentOS Linux icon. How can I recreate this type of icon for Windows 10? Thanks.
