B bradden Bit poster Jun 23, 2009 #1 Recently installed Parallels 4.0 and it seems to have created $RECYCLE.BIN folders inside my Mac OS X Pictures and Music folders. Any reason for this and any way that I can remove them? Thanks for your input BW

B Bopanna I G Hunter Jun 24, 2009 #2 Hello Bradden, The $RECYCLE.BIN folder is created due to the shared folders and shared profile of Parallels. You can disable it under Virtual Machine -> Configure -> Shared Folders. Thank you.
