Reducing VM HD size

    I am running Parallels 3.0 (build 5060) with Windows XP Pro SP2. My C drive has grown in size to 31gb (of which 17 is free). Is there anyway to recover the 17gb of free space on my virtual HD so my Mac can utilize the space? I tried the Advanced HD compress, but that didnt do much.
