I spent $55 to download this so I would be able to access things through my MacBook. I then had to purchase a "full license" in order for the entire program to activate, that was another $80. After I finally got everything downloaded and installed, the program did not even work. Needless to say, I am frustrated and aggravated at how this has cost me over $100 and it didn't even work. I would like a full refund please, for both purchases.
