Refund question / Help

    Hi all !

    I made a mistaken purchase (bought PD6 update instead of PD7 update), and I would like to have this purchase refunded.

    For 30 minutes now I am visiting the web site and cannot find where to start....

    Can somebody point me in the right direction ?
