Refund Request

    I purchased Parallels Pro Edition (subscription based) but it doesn't fit my needs. I want a refund. I only purchased the subscription maybe a week ago. How can I go about getting a refund? Since I won't be using this anymore. Thanks.

    I also am in a similar situation. I would like a refund, and tried to go through the support, but it will not let me go past problem description because I dont have a problem ID.
