Refund request

Greetings everyone,

I would like to request a refund of my Parallels Desktop subscription.
My Parallels subscription has yesterday been renewed by automatic payment on PayPal (cleverbridge AG).
I do not own a mac anymore and the subscription is totally useless for me.
