I have purchased a subscription for parallels by mistake, realised this immediately and requested a refund via the website. I have submitted the same form multiple times now and have never heard from anyone. Is it possible to cancel my order and submit a refund as the purchase was less than 30 days ago. Further, I am very curious if the online refund request is broken or not, it seems as though I keep getting sent around in a circle, have to fill out multiple forms and it is completely unclear is a ticket is submitted from any of those forms.
