Regional settings keyboard language

    I have an android tablet bought in the US and everytime I connect to windows machines using terminal services, even though even the tablet's keyboard is not using US Keyboard layout, it changes the regional settings to US English. Not only that but when I physically log in to the machine I have to reset the keyboard language being used.

    Is there some setting hidden somewhere that can change this behavior?
