Registration Code/Parallels 5

I was sent a registration code for Parallels 5 because I just recently upgraded to Parallels 4. The registration code is not working that tech support sent me. Is there a secret as to getting the code to work or what are the steps to get Parallels 5 to work??

I'm having the same issue. I was emailed a Parallels 5 key, but it won't work, and I already upgraded my copy to 5, and now my trial is about to expire!
HELP!!!!!!!!!!
