Regularly ejected from Parallels

Can someone help me ?
I have Parallel in my MacPro desktop. It worked OK for a while. But now I am regularly ejected with no warning from Parallels (going back to OS). It happens above all when I clecik some web sites. It also happens when I close some excel files.
I have the most up-to-date MAC OS.
My current version of Parallels is Build3214.
I presume you need to know more about my configuration before helping me. Let me know what exactly you need to know.

i am also facing what i think is the same problem although it happens to sporadically for me to really ascertain any patterns. i will pay attention and log this problem if i encounter it further.

i suspected that i may have been doing something wrong but now realize this must be a parallels bug.
