reinstall parallels tools trouble

I have parallels 4. and after the last upgrade, 4.0.3844; when start windows, parallels installed parallels tools it was ok, but each time I start windows reinstall it again, again, again.. How can I fix it?

To solve the problem you have to disconnect the CD: start up the virtual machine, choose Devices from the Parallels Desktop menu and select CD/DVD-ROM - Default CD/DVD.
