Reinstalling Windows 10 in Parallels 13

i recently tried removing some of my files and during this process i tried selecting the 'reclaim' some hard disk to free some space. however, when the windows is already restarting, a message on diagnostic repair is always appearing and it doesn't continue to my windows. hence i am planning to just reformat/reinstall the windows 10 installed in my parallels.

how do i reinstall or reformat my windows 10 in parallels 13 in the same macbook pro? does removing/deleting the windows 10 from parallels enables you to use the same serial key of that windows 10? i tried the reset command (with options keep files or remove files and apps) but it's not working.

hope someone could help me how to address this kind of problem. many thanks.
