Reinstalling Windows 7 into parallels

I was running Windows 7 on Parallels. For some reason my Windows vm disappeared. I am travelling outside my country and do not have the DVD containing Windows 7 with me but I do have the ISO file (and a valid product key). When I go through the installation steps with the ISO file on a memory stick (I also tried it on Desktop), it begins looking on my harddrive, my floppy (which I do not have) and the network. But it never looks for the memory stick. Am I missing something? I have attached a screenshot of what is happening.

Thanks Paul. I have gone through the steps and got to the part where it is looking for the source. It cannot find it (as per the Screen shot 6 above. It cannot find the memory stick
