Reinstalling windows XP with parallel desktop

I am not sure if there's a thread on this already on this forum (couldn't find one), but I was wondering how to Reinstall windows XP with parallel desktop. My current Windows OS got corrupter and I nee to reinstall win XP again.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks, It worked. Now another problem I have just come across is that, i can't find the shared folder in windows anymore, through which I used to get access to content on the mac. I could've done this before "My Network Places" in windows and that doesn't work now either.

What to do?
