Remove deleted programs from Win Apps menu

I have a Win XP VM running on a Macbook Pro. I need to slim down the size of my VM and so have deleted several applications using their uninstall programs in Windows.

My problem is that the deleted apps are still listed in the Parallels Windows Application Menu - how can I remove these?
 
I seem to have answered my own question.

I found the windows applications on the Mac HD at:
HD\Users\<home>\Applications (Parallels)\Windows XP Applications
and at:
HD\Users\<home>\Library\Parallels\Applications Menus\Windows XP Applications

However removing items from these folders did not affect the Windows Applications menu.

To remove items from the Win Apps menu they must be deleted from:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
or from:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Start Menu\Programs

Hope this helps someone in the future with the same problem. :-)
