Removing a License Key

    Hey!

    not sure if this is the right place, but I'm trying to unlink a license key from my old installation of my Mac. It crashed and I had to reinstall everything which means I can't manually get into the mac the unlink the license key.

    Is there a way for me to do it on the website or someone I can contact?

    We have reset the license key. You can use it again.

    Hi,
    I think I've the same problem: my MBP 15" motherboard has been changed once more due to another failure of the GPU.
    Unfortunately it seems that I've reached the max activation limit and I don't know how to solve this problem.
    it ia a Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition.
    Can you please reset the licence key?

    Hi,
    I'm sorry but it is not working.
    I've reinstalled Parallels Desktop 15 again with no result, the messagge is always the same altough a valid key is used:
    I'm now using a trial, but it is going to stop in four days, and this is going to be a real problem for me.
    Shall I contact contact you by other means?
