Although my license screen only shows 11 in use from the 15 I have, users complain they can't login and the following error is shown in pop up at the RAS server: Request for "" by User hello, Client, Address xxx.xxx.xxx.xx, was not served error code 14 RAS Monitor I changed the RD Session Host server Agent Properties for the default 500 Sessions to 1000 Sessions per knowledge base article, made the issue better but it still happens, just it happens every 30 sec to 1 min instead of every few seconds when set at 500 Sessions... Most of my remote users pass through the server right to their desktop. I only have a half dozen users on the server itself. Any ideas? Thanks, Paul
