Who can we write back to receive a Proforma Invoice and bank details?
So we can proced soon as possible whith the payment.

Hello, are you trying to make the purchase by bank transfer? Thanks, Parallels Team.
 
Yes, as a public administration we must pay by bank transfer over a Proforma Invoice, and then receive a Purchase Invoice.
