Request: Please add a "start menu" item to Actions menu

It would be great to have access to a Start Menu trigger from one of the main menus -- the one in the Dock cannot have quick keys applied to it via the system Keyboard prefpane.

 

I'd second this request. It doesn't seem very intuitive to only have this available from the dock. I looked everywhere yesterday assuming it would be available from one of the menus... obviously not.

 

Windows Start menu can always be open (even if task bar is hidden by Parallels) by pressing and releasing Windows key which is mapped to Apple key by default.

 

I believe that only works if Parallels (or a Windows application) has focus.

 

Yes. But accessing Parallels menu also requires that Parallels has focus.
