Required permission to install Parallel Remote Application Server

Hello everyone,
i'm looking for the software requirements to manage installations of Parallel Remote Application Server.
I see that in the administration guide talks about administrative privilege but i need more details to create an AD group that can install RAS on AD infrastructure.
Do you know if there is any documents on this?
